Designing Impactful Newsletters
Collaborating with the marketing team to create cohesive, high-performing email experiences aligned with brand goals.

This was a collaborative effort with the marketing team, where I received the copy and product highlights we aimed to promote. Our target audience was primarily women, and one of our main goals was to establish a consistent brand identity through newsletter design. We focused on developing a recognizable visual style so that recipients could instantly associate the newsletters with our brand.
In addition to regular promotions, we also featured special events and seasonal campaigns—such as Valentine’s Day and Christmas—as well as limited-time discounts. Each newsletter was crafted to be visually appealing while effectively supporting our marketing objectives. I created all of the visual assets and layouts using Figma, and then uploaded them to Klaviyo, the platform we used to manage our newsletters. From there, the marketing team handled audience segmentation and scheduled the send-outs.
